Tracy Bounil, who originally founded Balloon Blast, had a vision of a complete-service party decorating company specializing in custom centrepiece & balloon decorations. In 2013, Mark Heininge, who’s been in the industry 12 years, took over for Tracy & together with his team are continuing & building on that vision.
